HIIT Workout for Home
HIIT training has become a very popular way of training, not only for the benefits it brings but the fact that anywhere from 10mins is all you need, great for the time conscious!
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and can burn more fat in less time.
Here is a quick little HIIT session I have personally devised for you all to try, if 30 seconds on each exercise is too much initially then start anywhere from 10 seconds and then gradually build up with practice.
