Greek Bean, Lentil & Feta, A Quick Put Together Lunch
Sometimes we do not have the time to prepare for a healthy meal, so this is a great alternative if you don't have the time to home cook.
You can buy the Greek beans at Tesco's, Sainsbury's and Waitrose supermarkets, already marinated in the tomato and herb sauce, the ones I have used are from Waitrose, the make is Zanae. Just heat them up gently, pop on the plate, sprinkle some Puy lentils (again can be brought at most supermarkets already cooked in a packet), and then top with some crumbled feta. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. Great with a salad.
Literally about 5 mins and you have a tasty, low calorie lunch.
