Wow, Wow and just Wow...if you have a sweet tooth or just craving for something naughty then this is a great healthier alternative...
I made these for a event and tried them out on the public...ok so everyone is slightly apprehensive at first when I mention they are made from sweet potato, but what a great response when people tried them...they loved them.

2 sweet potatoes
12 medjool dates
80g of ground oats
5 tablespoons of cacao powder
5 tablespoons of maple syrup
100g of ground almonds
2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
handful of chopped nuts optional
Preheat the oven to 180c. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes in to chunks and steam until soft
Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl apart from the sweet potato and dates
Wizz the sweet potato and dates in a food processor and mix in with the rest of the ingredients
Optional - sprinkle in the chopped nuts and mix well
Place in a baking tray and cook for about 45 minutes
